Return Policy

Sudemulleyn Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2006 with a registered office located at 35 Grafton Way, London, W1T 5DB, England (hereinafter also referred to as “Mulleyn”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to refund within 14 business days of receiving it for a refund. Some restrictions may apply.

RETURN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to initiate the return?
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at Info@mulleyn.co.uk. We will send you a return form that you must fill out and attach proof of the item as an image (photographic evidence). The photo must be clear and visible.
Please note that the return form must be requested within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
All extra delivery costs and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer(s).
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition and with all original packaging, we will process the refund through the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.
Please Note: Mulleyn is not liable for any shipping costs of the item(s) returned. The customer is liable for the shipping costs and handling costs of the returned item.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Mulleyn will require a period of 3-5 business days to fully process the return and issue the refund. Customers should take this timeline into account when making plans based on their expected refund. Furthermore, it is important that customers understand that the refund amount will be clearly outlined once it has been issued. After inspection of the item, If your return is accepted, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return of the item(s) is approved, your refund will be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse the request for returns after the 14-day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us as per the condition mentioned in this clause. Any disputes regarding the amount refunded will not be entertained by Mulleyn.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEM
We take utmost care to ensure that all items are delivered in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive an order with missing or damaged parts, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently.
If you discover any missing or damaged parts upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can contact us and provide them with the necessary details, including the order number and a description of the issue as per the direction mentioned in the “RETURN” clause.
Upon verification and confirmation of the missing or damaged parts, we will take immediate action to replace them. The replacement parts will be delivered to you free of charge. Furthermore, in the unlikely scenario that we were unable to deliver the items within the initially estimated timeframe, we will arrange a new delivery date with you at no additional cost.
EXCHANGE
In the case of an exchange, where the customer wishes to return an item and receive a replacement, they will be responsible for covering both the delivery charges for the original order and the return charges for sending back the item.
If the customer requests an exchange, they will need to initiate the return process as per our “RETURN” clause. The customer will be required to pay for the return shipment of the item to our designated return address. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item.

CANCELLATIONS
have the option to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the item has not yet been dispatched. It is important to note that once the item has been dispatched, the cancellation request may not be feasible. Cancellation of an order due to the customer not being available at the delivery address may incur additional charges for the delivery cost.
To request an order cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details, including the order number and reason for cancellation. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to ensure timely processing of the cancellation.
The Company may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case the Company cancels any order, You will not be charged for such cancellations, and the Company will refund You for any payment already made.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please “Contact Us” at the contact details mentioned in the below-mentioned clause.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. RETURN AND EXCHANGE COST CALCULATION
In the event that a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, the volumetric measurement of the package will be determined to assess the applicable charges. This calculation takes into consideration the overall size and volume of the package, which directly impacts shipping and handling costs.
To determine the volumetric measurement, the length, width, and height of the package will be multiplied together to obtain the total volume in cubic meters (m³). This measurement will then be multiplied by the assigned value of £100 per cubic meter.
The resulting amount will reflect the cost associated with the return or exchange based on the volume of the package. It is important for customers to be aware of these potential charges and consider them when initiating a return or exchange.
Example:
Let's assume a customer wants to return an item and the total package dimensions are as follows: Length: 1.2 meters; Width: 0.8 meters; Height: 0.5 meters.
To calculate the volumetric measurement, we multiply the length, width, and height together:
1.2 meters x 0.8 meters x 0.5 meters = 0.48 cubic meters (m³)
Next, we multiply the volumetric measurement by the assigned value of £100 per cubic meter:
0.48 m³ x £100 = £48
In this example, the calculated cost for the return or exchange based on the volumetric measurement of the package would be £48.
